- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Note: For hygiene reasons, menstrual cups, discs, and other intimate products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit Option: For cash-on-delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be issued as store credits.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used menstrual products (e.g., cups, discs).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item for verification.
We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
